Production companies are constantly searching for filming locations that fit their creative vision, budget, and logistical needs. With our diverse portfolio of properties, we’re frequently approached by production teams looking to match unique features of a location with a director’s concept or script — whether that’s a period home, a contemporary office, an industrial setting, or a striking natural landscape.
Our latest collaboration is with the global creative agency Leagas Delaney, supporting the Royal British Legion’s powerful multichannel charity campaign, “On Your Street.” This project shines a light on the everyday lives of British Armed Forces veterans, capturing moving stories of those living within our communities.
Usually caused by moisture in the air coupled with inadequate ventilation, mould can grow under suitable conditions in as little as a couple of weeks. Running throughout the month of August, the UK Government’s ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ scheme offered diners up to £10 off their meals to encourage a return to dining out. Architects of the scene banked on a maximum savings of £10 per person being adequately tantalising to get everyone out and eating. And it was: throughout the month of August, we gobbled 100 million subsidised meals (not us here at Blue Door—we did help—but UK residents in total). That’s more than 1.5 meals each. Boy, were we helpful! Or were we?
